Is this unhealthy??!


Question: Is this unhealthy!?!?
Okay, I have decided to cut out all junk food from my diet!.!.!. plus I only eat when I feel really hungry and I only eat until I don't feel hungry anymore!.!.!. but not full!.
This would be a regular day for me!.!.!.
Breakfast: Piece of toast w/ fruit spread (no butter) and a banana
Lunch: Tuna w/ crackers
Dinner: White meat chicken w/ potatoes!.!.!.then frozen berries for dessert!.!.!.
I'm worried cause I checked how many calories i should be consuming and it was like 1,700 but that's way below that and I've lost like 5lbs in the past 4 days!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

sounds like a pretty good lifestyle (I hate using the word "diet" because many people think it referrs only to limiting food consumption) but you may need to add some more grains to increase your calorie intake, especially in the morning when you need the energy most!. You may have lost 5 lbs in 4 days due to loss of water weight!. Are you being sure to drink enough fluids!? Try to mix up the menu sometimes!.!.!.eating the same thing - healthy or not - can lead you to falling back into your old habits!. Yes, It is unhealthy!. If you ever get off that diet, eating even a little more will be like a normal person eating fast food!. It completely alters what your body considers a "normal amount of food"!. You will lose weight quick (which isn't a good idea), but can gain it back and more if you don't focus!. Also your metabolism and energy will slowly decrease!.

To fix this problem, add a snack inbetween break/lunch and lunch/dinner!. Something small and healthy!. Also exercise with cardio and weight lifting daily!. This will raise your metabolism and help you keep off the weight!.

What you are doing is crashing, and if you wait too long, you will realize you wasted a LOT of time, not eating what you wanted!.

That's unhealthy don't be fool you should have a eating schedule!. Your kind of starving yourself in a way!. You can balance it out and eat right!. You might need to seek aid from a nutritionist or read a book, but not so much a diet book because there are so much that and can give you the wrong info!. Eat some more!. It's not healthy to lose that much weight that quickly!. You don't have to eat junk but you can eat a lot more than you are eating!. Just eat healthy stuff!. And even unhealthy stuff is ok every once in a while, just don't over do it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
