Weak arm and Strong arm?!

Question: Weak arm and Strong arm!?

I know that some bodies don't have symmetrical muscles but i was wondering if i were to do more one handed push ups on my weak arm will it be slightly equal to my other arm!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
