I want to eat healthier...help!?!


Question: I want to eat healthier!.!.!.help!!?
I am turning into a float!. I'm too lazy to fix nutritious foods for my lunch so every day I end up with a Big Mac or pizza or something!. I can feel the grease swelling my arteries!. What can a lazy person do to eat healthier and not starve!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Boy can I relate to THAT! When I go out for lunch, I try for minimalism!. See, I get cranky when I'm hungry, so it needs to be enough to keep the rhinocerous at bay!. I might have a burger, but no fries and no soda (I don't do diet soda) I have a case of bottled water at my desk and bring one everywhere I go!. I TRY to stay away from the fried foods!. That chicken pot pie from Kentucky Fried chicken, while tasty, isn't a good idea, but it fills me up!. Maybe I'll get a smaller burrito or only 2 tacos instead of like 4!. Or just the two tacos and no sides or soda!. Eat a decent for breakfast (really hard for me), a little for lunch and the small dinner should be no less than 3 hours before bedtime!. Try a subway sandwich or something from Togos and watch the cheese and the dressings such as mayo and the vinegar and oil they put on those italian subs!. Don't get a large one, get a smaller one and drink your water!. LOTS of it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Tried and 'true-blue' method!.!.!.very simple too!
*I indulge in terrible food too, but every once in a while I call a big HALT!*

When you get that craving, that urge, for something you 'want' badly, ask yourself this question!.!.!.!.

"Will I DIE if I DON'T get that candy, ice cream, fried anything!?"

Of course, the answer is a bigtime 'NO'!. And, uh, by the way!.!.!.I don't think any companies will go bankrupt if you don't eat that craving, either!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try making HEARTY salads (not plain, boring ones)!.
Use butter lettuce or romaine as a base!.
Then add:
--- sunflower seeds, walnuts, Craisins, mandarin slices, and a sweet & tangy Asian dressing
--- black olives, crumbled feta cheese, onions, etc!. and a Greek dressing
--- grilled chicken, avocado slices, etc!.!.!.!.
Boring salads will only leave you hungry!.

Also: stay well- hydrated!.!.!. people tend to eat more when they are thirsty!.
Crystal Light is my new fave drink !.!.!.!. 482 flavors, almost NO calories and yum-mmy! :)

I suggest you start taking the time to pack a healthy lunch and some healthy snacks to get you through the day so you don't turn to junk food!.

If you absolutely feel you need to have fast food for lunch, go to their websites and look over the nutrion information and choose low calorie options!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you must have fast food, try a thin crust pizza with veggies!. The actual serving size is 2 slices!. If you must have a burger, eat one, but leave out the fries!. Also, a lot of these places have grilled chicken salads!. Fruit is always good!. Grapes however have lots of sugar!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
