mayonnaise in the tuna could cause bloating!.!.just indigestion!.!.!.
try to have loads of water!.!.and go for a jog!.!.it helps with digestion and to regulate bowel movements

its probably because your bloated and because you havent used the toilet!.!. try to eat foods with lots of fiber like apples and prunes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
