Question: Expired fish oil caps!?
I have a huge bottle of fish oil caps, which have been kept in the fridge!. They have just expired, is it safe to keep taking them!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Sure!. Expiration dates have to do with selling them!.!.!.rather than consuming them!. Unless you're talking about vitamins, etc!., that are years old, their efficacy should be 100%!.!.!.or nearly!. In other words, you're safe, esp!. since you've keep them refrigerated!. Keep taking them!.!.!.3 per day (assuming they're 1000 mg!.), and just be mindful, the next time you purchase such a large bottle, of their expiration day and your ability to consume them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
