See how the sides of my tummy and hips are kinda straight!? I want to make my the sides more indented from my hip region, is there any kind of exercises I can do!? I am 14 and 5'10!.5 inches tall!. Thanks!

You really can't "spot" excercise, its almost impossible unless you are some hardcore body builder!. Especially 'curves' because you can't just 'create' them, but you are just born with them or they grow over time!. And the only time your hips will really get 'wider' or 'curvier' is as you mature or start have babies!. Wider hips come with weight, but I doubt you wanna do that!.

Honestly, not the best advice, but that is what corsets are used for!. It's really hard to indent the sides otherwise,you can't spot treat that!. It's all genetics!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
