Master Cleanse Detox Diet...?!
Question: Master Cleanse Detox Diet!.!.!.!?
I was thinking of trying the Master Cleanse Detox diet, but I was wondering if it would work the same if instead of using maple syrup I used pure honey!? What exactly is the purpose of the syrup and would using honey make a difference!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can't use honey!. Honey is a digested form of sugar (the bee already digested it)!. You'll just bombard your system with sugar and make yourself sick!.
The maple syrup in the diet contains a lot of other nutrients (that's why you have to use the correct grade!.!.!.too high a grade, and it's too much sugar, too low and it tastes like ***)
Supposedly Robin Quivers (of the Howard Stern Show) used this detox to great success!. She credits it with saving her life!.
I tried it, but (1) I got the wrong syrup and it made me want to barf!.(2) I got realllllly hungry!. and (3) it makes you have to poo with no warning!. They actually recommend you start the diet when you have NO PLACE to be, because you will be running to the john a LOT!. and it will hurt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
