Is this a good excercise plan?!


Question: Is this a good excercise plan!?
Hey everyone!. I put this together, is this a good excercise plan:

Exercise
1!. Do basic stretches and sit-ups and pushups every morning!.
2!. Lift weights three or four times a week!.
3!. Walk or bicycle for 30 minutes the other days!.

Monday: Stretches, Sit-Ups, Pushups; Lift Weights

Tuesday: Stretches, Sit-Ups, Pushups; Walk 30 minutes

Wednesday: Stretches, Sit-Ups, Pushups; Lift Weights

Thursday: Stretches, Sit-Ups, Pushups; Walk 30 minutes

Friday: Stretches, Sit-Ups, Pushups; Lift Weights

Saturday: Stretches, Sit-Ups, Pushups; Walk 30 minutes

Sunday: Stretches, Sit-Ups, Pushups; Lift Weights

I was in a similar situation not too long ago!. I needed to lose some weight for the summer!.

I tried almost every weight loss program under the sun, and nothing seemed to work!.
