Answers:
you have to pace yourself!. If that was your first day in a long time from working out then, yes you did work out too much!.

u should do 100 crunches each day for a week, then the next week 200 crunches, then the next week 300 crunches!.

but it is normal for your abs to be sore, dont worry

goodluck and hope that helps :]Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok your an idiot!. Would you bench press every day of the week!? NO!. Do high intensity exercises for abs maybe 3 days a week, add weight to your exercises!. Train your core too, dont just do situps!. Get an Ab weel and do rollouts, progress to standing roll outs!. Train hard and give your body time to rest, and you will see max resultsWww@Answer-Health@Com

You didn't work out too much!. In fact, it was a moderate amount of situps that you did!.
If you want to tone your abs, you need your muscles to rest!.!. you can't do em every day!. Don't worry, I also get sore the day after I work out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes you did overwork yourself!. Take a couple of days off to recover, and when you start working out, work out every other day so that you can recover for your next workout!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ya, you worked it too much!. it happened to me when i started working out where my stomach wouldnt stop hurts for 2-3 days!. i suggest that you wait until all the pain has evaporated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yep, you overworked the muscle, so it will take some time to heal!. It depends on the person!. Some heal quickly some take days!. You should be good real soon!.

Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
