Is this a good summer diet and exercise plan?!

Question: Is this a good summer diet and exercise plan!?
Let's just start off by saying that I don't need or want to lose any weight!. I'm starting high school next fall and I really just want to be in great shape for my first soccer season there!. So is this a good diet/exercise plan for the summer!?
Diet:
Breakfast- oatmeal & fruit, cereal & fruit, or bagel and fruit
Snack (if hungry an hour later)- fruit
Lunch-turkey&cheese sandwich and smoothie(strawberry yogurt, banana + ice)
Snack: vegetable
Dinner- whatever is served (my mom makes healthy meals)
Snack: pretzels, fruit, or veggies

Exercise:
Monday- run(30min), bike(20min), soccer, and lift weights
Tuesday-run(35min), swim, soccer, and weights
Wednesday-run(40min),bike(15min), and soccer
Thursday-run(50min), weights, and soccer
Friday-run(15-20min), swim, and soccer
Saturday-swim
Sunday-soccer

I tried to strike a balance between everything because I don't want to overwork myself!. Do you think this is a good plan overall!? Thanks for taking the time to read all this!. :]Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
If you want to get in shape for soccer, that's great! Just be sure that you're eating enough!. If you're going to be running around as much as you say you are, it's be best to eat a little bit more!. And when you start out your summer workout, remember to take it easy at first if you're just starting!. But yes, overall, it is a good plan!. It's good that you have a meal plan as well!.

Yes, it's a very good plan! But try giving yourself a day off if you just don't feel like working out, like a Saturday or Sunday when you just want to kick back and enjoy life!. And also, remember, your diet doesn't have too be that strict!. A couple of Oreos here and there won't kill you!. But remember, everything in moderation! Don't go overboard!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well it sounds like you know what you're doing!. Good luck at the "diet"!.!.!.but for sure you should look at it as a change of lifestyle!. And don't be afraid to give urself a reward meal or snack at least once a week!. It could be something to look forward to!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
