What kind of body type will dancing give?!


Question: What kind of body type will dancing give!?
I work out alot but i have notices i have alot of muscle but i dont think i do enough cardio because i have like abs that u can see defined but i decided lately to stop with the sit ups and weights and just do dancing carido workout, i do it for half hour and i sweat buckets more than when i run!. Also its alot of bending over and on the ground crazy dancing ( OK I DANCE TO BEYONCES CONCERT DVD LOL)anyways what kind of body type will it give me!.!.!.!.!.im hoping more toned and slim because i dont want bulky abs i want slim ones! so this type of indirect training would be good for that right!?!?!?!?!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It depends on the type of dance you do!. Ballerinas have long lean muscles, break dancers are more bulky!.

If you're looking to get that long, lean look then you need to do exercises that work your minor muscle groups (inner and outer thighs, triceps, etc!. etc!.) versus the major muscle groups (quads, hamstrings, biceps, etc!. etc!.)!. This is in addition to a cardio work out!.

The type of dancing that you are doing will definitely help you to achieve a slimmer look because of the loss of weight, but as far as the lean v!. bulky that really depends on the movement!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well it depends on how much you dance
if you dance alot if will give you a nice shape but if you dont well you will be just as you were
