How do you get Low Body Fat?!
Question: How do you get Low Body Fat!?
I am tall and not fat but I have fat on my thighs and stomach!. I workout often but I cant see toned muscles under the fat!. I dont want to bulk up but I would like to burn up alot of the fat so i can look more toned!. Does anyone have any suggestions!? Will more Cardio work!? What kind of diet will help!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i used to have the same problem !.!.!.look i advise you to increase your cardio work and increase reps and reduce weight this will burn more fat and watch out what you eat more protien less charbohdrate and drink alot of waterWww@Answer-Health@Com
you can work out but just dont do anything that will make you bulk up!. if you lift weights, lift lighter weights, i!.e 7 lbs!. sprinting should tone up your legs!. dont run too much, though!. eating healthy should also help i!.e lean meat, veggies!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
