Hungry at night?!


Question: Hungry at night!?
I can stick to a diet throughout the day but I get so hungry at night, I end up binging on whatever I can find!. Got any tips on how to avoid this (obviously unhealthy) habit!? Thanks in advance :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

i eat 1/4 of a water melon before i go to bed!. its mainly water any way!. or you can eat some other kind of fruit!. its not bad to eat before you go to bed!. if you think of it this way, you go to sleep for 6-8 hours and dont eat anything!. who knows how long you ate before you go to bed and how long til you eat after you wake up!? eat a spoonful of peanut butter or add some to some celery!. or take tips from ozeki =) its ok to eat before you go to bed, just dont pig outWww@Answer-Health@Com

Do not give a huge gap between ur meals and bed time!.

Eat well but only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times!. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!. Do not go on fast or starvation diet!.

Nothing other than water in between!.

No special diet, call it by any name or program helps as one cannot adopt them on permanent basis!. Diet pills are chemicals and per se bad and shud be avoided unless the doc considers it necessary looking at ur condition!.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably on empty stomach and twice a day!. Do not overdo!.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free!.

Be patient and not in a hurry!.

U cannot choose spots for reduction!.

This schedule can be adopted on permanent basis to lead a healthy life and maintain weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i have the SAME PROBLEM
on friday and saturday nights i EAT so much junkfood :(
my mom says that u shld try not to eat within 3 hrs of the time ur going to sleep
so u shldnt eat a late dinner
maybe if u'll be going to sleep at say 11pm eat dinner around 6 or 7 and maybe drink water if you get hungry it'll help fill you up and if you cant slp have a banana!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go to sleap!? and if youre still hungry just have a little of some low calorie food, just to sattisfy you, OR drinc alot of water/caffeine free juice, OR exercise to keep your mind off food!.~Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try to go to sleep, if you can't, then try to eat something "light" like popcorn, popcorn is a light snack and water also helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

when you feel hungry at night, just drink water!. if you eat at night, especially 2 hours before you go to bed, you will gain weight!.
