Help!!!!! I want to avoid carbs!!!!!!?!


Question: Help!!!!! I want to avoid carbs!!!!!!!?
In the morning I go for the bread and cereals which is a big no-no for me!

How do I resist!?

Most of the food in my fridge and cupboards are carb filled (my mom does the shopping,not me even the vegetables she chooses are starchy!)

What can I eat when there is NO fruit,lean meat or green vegetables in the house!!!!!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

For breakfast, have a plain 2-egg omelette without toast!. Voila, no carbs!.

Eat salads, and buy your own vegetables -- they are very cheap!. I assume you get pocket money!. If she seas you buying the veg she my start to buy them for you, also refusing the ludicrous amount of carbs may sway her!. If either of these only serve to ruffle her feathers, at the worst buy tinned vegetables and keep them in your room rather than the fridge!.

Another way to convince her is to bring home a 'school-project' (make one up, it isn't hard) that is about nutrition and the correct foods to eat, the vitamins and minerals you need from vegetables, the proportion of your diet that should be vegetables, fruit etc!. and importantly, the dangers of just eating starches and starchy vegetables (potatoes and yam do not make up part of your recommended 5-fruit'n'veg-a-day)!.

Do not be confrontational about - don't tell her she's wrong or make demands - ask questions!. Seem ever curious, but make your curiosity lean to things like 'what will happen if i don't eat green vegetables' or 'why does it say here you need vitamin C' etc!. You can step it up a bt with the smart-*** "did you know" comments once you feel she is on side, and keep informing her lke "did yo know that the recommended daily amount of vitamin C is not what's established as healthy, but only double the minimum to stop you from dying of scurvy"!.

Parents have their children's best interests at heart, generally, so you just have to persuade her she is going about it the wrong way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat carbs that are high in fiber!. Everyone needs carbs, just don't eat too many carbs!. You can do this with many cereals and with bread too!. Read the packages for high fiber content!. That will knock down the sugar and put fiber in your diet which we all need!. For nuts, walnuts are the best and very good for your heart too!. Purchase some inexpensive canned items in your cupboard for some variety like tuna fish, peanut butter, beans, oatmeal, search the stores for healthy inexpensive items!. For these items $20!.00 goes a long way for healthy alternatives!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well One, get you're mom to my something else!
Two, Carbs aren't always that bad!. Just make sure you use then energy they provide!. If you use the energy, you won't gain a pound!.
But ofcourse, one is more important!. You are going to have worms growing in your colon from no fiber to clean it out!(I'm serious, its possible, and you will if you don't go eat some fiber!)
