Answers:
Vegetarian food is certainly cheaper than non-veg!.

Eat well but only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times!. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!. Do not go on fast or starvation diet!.

Nothing other than water in between!.

No special diet, call it by any name or program helps as one cannot adopt them on permanent basis!. Diet pills are chemicals and per se bad and shud be avoided unless the doc considers it necessary looking at ur condition!.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably on empty stomach and twice a day!. Do not overdo!.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free!.

Be patient and not in a hurry!.

U cannot choose spots for reduction!.

This schedule can be adopted on permanent basis to lead a healthy life and maintain weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Trader Joe's (if you have one by your area) has some good deals on healthy and nutritious food!. For instance, my mother buys rice and almond milk for $1!.50 half gallon, 7 grain whole wheat bread for $1 the loaf, soy beans for $2 per bag!. They have lots of healthy foods, it's a matter of browsing the store!.

Also try to look for coupons on healthy food!. It's hard most coupons I get on my Sunday paper are for junk, food, salty and sweet snacks, etc!. But from time to time I do get coupons for Eat Smart veggie trays, whole wheat products and organic brands!.

Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Beans and eggs are good sources of protein!.!.!. and compared with other sources are relatively inexpensive!.

We eat a lot of whole grain pasta!. It cost more than starchy processed pasta, but has more nutrients and is more filling!.

I know it's getting ridiculous!. I used to spend $40 per week on food, but now it's more like $60-70!.

And the gas prices are so high, I haven't driven anywhere in months!.

God bless!Www@Answer-Health@Com
