Question: How to lose my tummy make it flat!?
ok i am 13 and i am 5"4 and i weight 120 and i am a girl and i wondering how i could lose my love handles and my stomach in time for school to start about mid august

and dont give me any stuff about how i am fat or anything like that because i dont feel like dealing with itWww@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
Routine 1
lie on your back, prop your legs up (about 90 degrees) on a chair or some other sturdy object and do 500 crunches!. In between every 100 crunches do 20 push-ups and 30 air punches!. (punching motions work the obsceletes a!.k!.a side part of your abs, so it will define your stomach area)!.

Routine 2
200 air punches!. 300 crunches!. Half way through the crunches(at 150) do 20 Lunges(alternate legs, and make sure back is straight)!. Than continue with the other 150 crunches, and than at the end of those, do another 20 lunges!.

Alternate the Routines so that they are everyother day, such as:
Monday=Routine 1
Tuesday= Routine 2
Wednesday= Routine 1
Thursday= Routine 2

Remember to stretch the main muscle groups(legs, abs, arms, back, etc!.) and hold each position for 8 seconds!. Stretch to where you feel the stretch, not until it hurts!.

Dietary Needs

Try to cut down on fast foods and junk foods!. (i!.e!. McDonalds, Starbucks, Beijing Express/Candy Bars, Soda/Pop, Pop Tarts) and try to eat at least 1 (*but try to aim for 2 servings ) large serving of fruits or vegetables EACH meal!. If you are craving something sweet than you should limit yourself to at least %65 cocoa chocolate, and than only one piece of that!.
Drink ONLY water!.

You will get bored with these routines after awhile so hang in there or look up some other routines to change things up a bit!.

im 14 turning 15, 120 pounds, 5'2" !.!.!. i think your fine!.
but if your want to lose wieght, your should exercise more - jogging/crunches etc!.!.

im 15 and i do this workout once a day and it helps alot! at first it kinda hurts but you can feel the improvemtent!.!.and btw for your hieght 120lb isnt big AT ALL! =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ask your parents if your old enough to try taking a fiber supplement called Lipozene!. You are suppose to take 2 pills 30 minutes before every meal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
