How do I stop eating so much!?!


Question: How do I stop eating so much!!?
I am regular size I guess but I feel really fat!. I am 100 pounds and 5 ft 3 in!. I am 12 years old!. Ok well I really like food and I eat breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a snack but whenever I am eating dinner and I can go back for seconds and I know I shouldn't, I do anyway!. I have this HUGE pool party comming up on June 11th and I need to be fat free and a skinny as can be! Does anyone have any suggestions of how to eat less and get skinny FAST!!? And please no wieght-loss system things because remeber I am 12 not 24!. Oh and everyday I run like 3/4 of a mile and part of it is up hill!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I sometimes run into that problem as well!. I'm average size but sometimes I feel fat because I know I didn't really NEED to eat that piece of chocolate or that second serving!. If you have a goal set then you will be able to fight your cravings!. Sometimes I ask myself lots of questions before I eat!.!.!.like!.!.!.!.will this make me closer to my goal!? Or will this food give me pleasure that I'm looking for!? Will I regret eating this!?!.!.!.If you have a vision in mind then you will be able to make the decision to watch what you eat!. I also suggest not eating chocolate for a short period of time!. My sister tried it and she seemed to do pretty well!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I understand where you are coming from, but speaking like this at only 12 years old makes me think you are border line anorexia!. You dont even have boobs yet probably!. Why should you worry about how fat you are!. What you should be worried about is how much excercise you are doing, because if you are using a lot of calories on excercise activities as you say you are, you will need a lot of good hearty calories in your food!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

100 pounds for someone your height is not too heavy!. You already excercise everyday so thats great!. Just eat healthy, not so much junk and get your fruits and vegetables in!. Also, if you snack around alot, try drinking water before because sometimes you might think your hungry and your just thirsty!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

alright listen up!. i know its tempting to eat alottttttt!. BUT!

think of this!.

If you eat you get fatter!.
If you dont you can show off at the pool party!.

If you get really temped!. Drink ALOTTA WATER I MEAN IT it'll make you full and not do anything to you!.

ive done this before when my mom didn't feed me and i was hungry lol!.

and dont run on the hill it will make ur legs get muscle and look ugly!.

run on a normal flat place!. and run twice aday!.

You said that u eat a lot and you feel fat!. Well, you aren't fat for someone that eats a lot!. Maybe you are anorexic!. People that are anorexic eat a whole lot but they will never gain weight!. My cousins are anorexic!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok since you are 12 and 100 pounds I am 12 and 60 but ok you might need to cut down on bread and carbs this is not a weight loss system carbs is what gets you fat but if you run and cut down on carbs cookies fat stuff you will loose weight i guarantee that cuz this is what my mom doesWww@Answer-Health@Com

Your ideal weight would be 115 lbs so you are at the light end of normal as below 95 lbs could be regarded as underweight!.

At your young age you need plenty of calories for growth and you probably have 3 years of growth ahead of you as girls usually stop growing at 15!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you feel always hungry like more than usual i think its okay for your age!.!.!.youre still growing!. ive noticed that i go through growing spurts where i get unusually hungry then ill go through like a whole month where i cant eat barely anything!. just eat what you need so youre not hungry to the point where youre goin crazy but you probably know when youre full and dont need seconds !. But as for losing weight that quick!.!.!.i would just continue running,,try brisk walking, it burns more calories than running believe it or not!. realistically you wont lose as much weight as you want that quick!. im sure youre not that fat anyways!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I can see your problem!. I have the same exact problem!. What I do is I try not to focus on eating!. I have picked up other ways of getting my mind of off food!. In the summer it can get hard to not gain weight because we are all lazy but because it is summer we can really open up our minds and find other things to do!. My advice would be to only eat one piece of dessert instead of two or more, don't starve yourself but don't eat so much that your stuffed either, when eating snacks, eat something little that will fill you up!. Also, eat slowly!. Studies have shown that if you eat slower your digestive system will have time to start digesting foods and can send signals to your brain telling you that it is full!. Eating fast only makes your body have less time to send those signals so that by the time your done your full as can be!. Work out as much as you are continually if not more and remember that you are only 12 and based on your age and height I'd say your doing pretty well if you just keep up a regular HEALTHY way of eating!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are hungry because your very active and still growing! It's normal!! I highly doubt you have any fat on you at that weight!. :)

Make sure you eat a good solid breakfast, fo real, for real!.
This will keep you full longer and not likely to eat tons at night!.

My favorite is eating an english muffin with peanut butter and honey and OJ!. Perfect!

The running will help trim you just make sure you have enough "fuel" (eat something) before you run!.

You might "feel fat" because you're eating greasy foods or fast foods as well!. Eat home cooked meals, simple chicken with veggies and rice is much better that any fast food!!!!
