you sound healthy to me! if you find it hard to do sit ups this doesnt mean your fat! its to do with your ab muscles!.!.by doing sit ups you will tone and strengthen your abs and will eventually be able to do sit ups with ease!
just because what your eating is healthy doesnt mean you will loose wait, its also the quantity of food you eat, for instance nuts contain a lot of oils which though good for you, are fattening! but dont just stop eating them all together!
the majority of products have guideline daily amount printed on the back aswell as how many calories the product contains, by eating your recomended daily amount you will not put on wait but will not loose it either!.
this doesnt mean starve yourself, by not eating makes your body hold onto the fat stores longer so just make sure you eat breakfast, lunch and dinner and if you are pekish between meals snack on healthy snacks that will fill you up like snack bars and bananas but not too many thats all !.!.but treat yourself every now and again! you only live once so dont spend it worrying what you look like, people will love you for who you are if their a good friend or partner!
dont let the media pump rubbish into your mind about how we should or shouldnt look, its pethetic, love yourself for who you are not what you want to be!

Being fat has nothing to do with the ability or inability to do sit ups!. Sit ups are a combination of strength movements coming from the hip flexors and abdominals!. If either area is weak then the movement becomes difficult to perform!. Since you are upright and walking then you have at least what is known as a 2+/5 level of strength in either of those groups!. Since you are walking and working out in the gym it makes me think that perhaps you may not like that movement!. Instead of sit ups try sit backs!. This movement works the same groups of muscles only in the reverse direction!. Start in the completed sit up position and slowly go backwards until your upper body is on the floor!. Get back anyway that you must and do another sit back!. Eventually the muscles will gain enough strength to perform the movement the normal way!. Another excellent abdominal movement is to get your legs straight up against a wall with the buttocks against the wall!. The upper body is relaxed on the floor!. Try to keep the knees straight if possible but if they bend it is still okay!. Using the stomach muscles and hips pull the legs off the wall about six inches!. Work up to fifty!. That will do an excellent job on the abdominals!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
