How does a 14 yr old lose weight discreetly?!


Question: How does a 14 yr old lose weight discreetly!?
Okay, so I'm 14, 5'2 and I weigh around 125!. I'm not obese or anything but I do have some flab, I'd like to lose around 15-20 lbs so i could wear a bikini for once!. Except the thing is my mom does the whole motherly thing about "you're not fat, honey, you don't need to lose weight!. You're just perfect the way you are!."

Well that's not how I feel!. My stomach packs some flab and my thighs are the same way, however I do gain muscle pretty easily!. Track just ended for the season and I didn't see any results, however my calves are pretty shapely now!. I'd like to feel better about my appearance and have a flat tummy, I want to tone up for the summer!. My mother doesn't feel the same way about this however and I want to do it sort of discreetly!. Any advice is greatly appreciated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get the book (toning for teens) and when pool season starts I suggest maybe you go swim as soon as you can you burn a lot of calories swimming and its not as tiring as running!. You can probably swim for about 2 hours and burn like maybe 800 calories +!. I have a pool and always get slimmer in the Summer but when winter comes it comes back lol because I dont do anything!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat healthier food, when mom puts out the veggies, fill up on them and only take a small portion of the main course, skip dessert unless you really have to have it!.!.!.then just have a little bit! Keep running, riding your bike, jumping on a trampoline, swimming, etc and you will be golden! Also, lots of water!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

First, You may not realize just how much 15-20 pounds is!. You would be underweight and at risk if you lost that much

As for ditching flab!.

Omg Im 14 5'2 And I Weigh Like 120 Pounds Too!.
But Ok I Started Eating One Onion And 8 Cups Of Ice Cold Water A Day, And I have Lost 5 Pounds In 7 Days!.
Its Pretty Awsome!. I Went From A Size 0 In Juniors (In Pants) To A Size 14 In Kids!. But Yea Im Going To keep On Doing This Untill I Weigh 100 Pounds!.

well track will only tighten your let muscles but it can help other parts of the body if you do it long enough but!.!.!.

if you want a flatter stomach you can do sit-ups and for you arms push ups

i know this is so boring belive me but those are the only things!.!.!.as boring as they are will give you true results!

maybe you can work out with a friend!.
like run around or sumthin!.

but you probably want to focus on your stomch and arms b/c that is mosty where the flab goes so!.!.!.sit-ups, push-ups = KEY!

and also for your thighs they can be pretty tough belive me i know but riding bikes will work the whole thigh & running!. that will do it!Www@Answer-Health@Com
