Question: Need A Fitness Plan - 2 Weeks To Become Good Runner!?
N!.B!. I'm not fat, just not a very good runner!. Get tired easily, maybe after a 100-150m sprint!.
Just wondering what exercises I can do and what food I can eat!. I'd prefer it if weetbix and bike riding could be included, thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

THIS PLAN IS FOR 1500 METRES OR MIDDLE DISTANCE RUNNING!.
Weetabix and bike riding are good - I came 1st in 1500 metres when my food plan was:
2 Weetabix for breakfast,
Ham sandwiches, an apple, a pear, banana, yoghurt and a chocolate biscuit for dinner (or lunch if you prefer)!.
For tea (or dinner), have spag bol, curry, fish and chips, deli wraps, fish cakes, lasagne, whatever you like really as long as it's not in massive portions!.
Bike riding - firstly, 1!.5 miles, then after dinner/lunch another 1!.5 miles, then around 16:00 a slow 2 miles!.
Note: A speedometer will be helpful for distances!.

You want to be long distance runner or short distance!? If short distance then do drill training, if long distance then you just have to keep pushing yourself!.
Start at a slower pace and when you feel fitter do the same distance but a bit quicker!. Then add the distance!. Eating right is one of the main parts of fitness, however I'm not good on that part of it!Www@Answer-Health@Com
