How can i go from 200 lbs to 150 lbs during the summer?!


Question: How can i go from 200 lbs to 150 lbs during the summer!?
I'm now at 200 lbs and i want to go back to school and be so skinny that people don't recognize me!. I think 150 lbs is pretty healthy for a 5' 10'' girl, right!? So, please give me tips on how to lsoe 50 lbs during summer vacation!Www@Answer-Health@Com

50 pounds in 3 months!? run like a mile a day, only drink water!. and make sure you mostly eat fruits and vegtibles!. make sure you do many sit ups!. =] i hope i helped a little

You can easily do this in the summer---
1) get rid of carbs in your diet (research on what is, and what is not, a carb---most diet liquid meals are all carbs) They are not only fattening, they set up a craving for more carbs!.
2) do not get in a car, all summer---walk or take the bus, everywhere!. People are hugely fat because they never get out of their cars!. Get socks and walking shoes and start walking--a little at a time, day after day!. Then, it will get much easier!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i dont waay 200 lbs but i still want to get thin this summer but alot of people have given me some tips:

dont eat before bed, if you are, eat an orange or citrus-makes you loose weight!.

when excersising wear warm clothes to break a sweat!.
and when walking hold in your stomach that also helps!.!.like suck it in!.

Exercise a lot, add to your answers about 2 hours of swimming every day!. The cooler water will help burn the calories, slim your leg muscles and it's fun!. As you loose weight you'll meet people that may be good friends!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
