Question: Is this healthy meal plan!?
i have oatmeal all day like 3 servings one for breakfast with tofu shake and then for lunch same thing however later on for snack one serving of oatmeal and then dinner a real veggie packed or protien enriched meal with soy milk and such ect!.!. but is the oatmeal okay to eat like that and have main stuff at diner time i feel better did if for two days this be day three!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds OK because you are still incorporating vegetables and a good protein source into your diet!. You may not be consuming enough calories though!. Be sure you are at least getting 1200=1400 per day or you will put your metabolism into a starvation mode and you will risk not getting enough nutrients in your diet!. Try to include some fruit too!. Eat at much fresh fruit and fresh or steamed vegetables as you want!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Try just eating the oatmeal for breakfast with tofo shake and try differnet healthy things for lunch and dinner and drink plenty of water no food after 7pm exercise becuase if you eat same every day tehn you will get bored of it and its not going to give u the nutrtions you need!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
