Question: I am 16/female and I am a varsity athelete but I weigh 170 pounds!. How can I loose 30 pounds fast!?
I am very athletic and I don't look like I weigh that much at all, but my stomach is a huge problem area and I would like to be able to wear a bikini for once in my life!. Any suggestions on how to lose the weight or what workouts I should be doing!? (I have a gym membership)Www@Answer-Health@Com

go wheat free!. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on!. And no food after 7 p!.m!. People achieve marvellous results with it!. Depending on your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month!. If you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits!. But your diet is still balanced!. It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points or to buy special meals or plans!.
an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture, for example)!. In your hands hold a little dumbbell!. Please, make sure that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your body back, until it's parallel with the ground!. Stop for a second and move it back to the sitting position!. Repeat ten times!. Every week add to the number of repetitions!. You will see the results in a week, guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six pack and muscles!. Dumbbells do wonders!. Much better than these crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT ALL!. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Work out your abs, or you can just run on the treadmill!.
Or, you could try not eating that much, or try eating very little!. That gets your weight down a few!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do sit ups!. A lot of them!. Try 20 or 30 in sets of three at least once per day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
