Answers:
If you eat your normal daily intake (let's assume you need 2000 calories per day to be healthy) and then an extra 3500 calories, that will cause about 1lb weight gain!. So you would have to eat 5500 calories to gain a pound in this case!.

Normally it's hard to eat an extra 3500 calories a day ON TOP of what you would normally eat to maintain your weight, so it might be more like you eat a normal amount of calories per day, plus an extra 500 per day for a week (7 times 500 equals 3500)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

everyone burns a different amount of calories each day!. It depends on how many calories you burn a day!. Most people burn about 2000 calories every day if they exercise a little!. So if you eat 2500 calories everyday and you only need 2000, you will gain a pound in a week because you are overeating 3500 calories!. It depends on what you eat and how much you exercise but the main thing is it's a balance and what you put in (food) should balance what you put out(exercise and resting calorie output)Www@Answer-Health@Com

It means you need to be consuming 3500 calories more than what your body burns!. If you want to gain a 1lbs a day then you'd have to eat 3500 more than whats needed which would be too much eating anyhow!. If you would like to gain a lb or two per week then you 'd ahve to eat like 500 or 1000 calories extra per day (3500/7000 extrat per wek)!.
Just to some up, if you want to gain weight, you have to eat more than what you should eat daiy to maintain the weight!.
Hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Okay!. Everyone naturally burns calories just by being alive and awake (called your BMR)!. So say you burn 1400 calories by just being alive and awake, and you eat 3500 calories!. That means you'll need to eat another 1400 calories to gain 1 pound because your body just burned 1400 calories from that 3500 that you just consumed!. So that means you need to eat 4900 in one day!. Do you get it!?

*by the way, everyone has a different BMR!. Go to google!.com and type this in the search box, "find your BMR"Www@Answer-Health@Com

It means 3500 calories over your daily requirement!. If your daily requirement is 2000 calories, and you eat 2500 calories every day, you will gain a pound a week due to the 3500 extra calories!. If your daily requirement is 2000 and you eat 1500 calories, you will lose a pound a week due to limiting 3500 calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you consume 3500 calories you will gain 1 lb!. Its not on top of what you already normally consume!. BUT you are constantly burning calories during the day (and night) Counting calories is not really a way to GAIN weight!. Its just a techincal term!.!.!.!.3500 cals=1lbWww@Answer-Health@Com

3500 is roughly the amount of calories in a lb of fat!. This means you have to burn 3500 cals to lose a lb of fat!. It also means that 3500 cals that you take in and do not use will be stored as a lb of fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

u need 2000-2500 in a day to be normal so if you eat 1000-1500 more you will gain a pound otherwise while ur sleeping the 2000-2500 u ate will burn off but the extra will notWww@Answer-Health@Com
