well if you jog for 40 minutes it is equal to running for for 25 minutes which is equal to walking for 60 minutes!.!.

I would imagine running quarter miles is better if you are training for short races and jogging MILES is better as an overall normal fitness regime!.

If you are running doing it in intervals works best at getting your heartrate going and your metabolism!. Jogging constantly is fine just every few minutes sprints for 30 seconds to a minute and boost your heart rate for conditioningWww@Answer-Health@Com
