You can always try negetive calories food, they will never make you gain weight these foods are calories, cucumber, lettuce and many more!. If you want to lose weight alot quicker then you can always try these diet pills, there called bio body perfect - fat burner, you can buy them from argos or online but argos is alot cheaper!. That's funny you should ask because I'm on a diet, too!. What you should do definitely is eat breakfast!. That's the number one most important meal of the day!. Also you don't want to starve yourself or you'll jack up your metabolism!. Try to eat six small portions a day to curb your eating habits!. If I were you, I would eat tuna and blueberries at least once a day!. Also, be sure you eat less toward the evening!. If you have to eat like a king for breakfast, a prince for lunch, and a pauper for dinner!. Drink lots of water, and also eat lots of fruit!. One other thing, too!. TRY NOT TO EAT SUGAR IF YOU CAN! Fat-free food is also loaded with sugar!. If you want something for your sweet tooth, do what I do!. Everyday I put a bunch of fruit in the blender and pour in some skim milk!. Honestly starving yourself actually causes you to gain wait!. If you want to be on a diet chose a certain kind so that your not starving yourself or eating 14000 calories a day!. Make sure you have a balanced nutition scale, eat about the same amount every day, excersize and DO NOT SKIP BREAKFAST then you will find loesing weight a lot easierWww@Answer-Health@Com
well!.!.!. depends on your definition of 'nice', but vegetables are always good to eat!. Ones like celery and cucumbers will burn more calories in digestion than they are actually worth, so eat them up! But if you want cakes!.!.!. then you need to rethink your eating habits rather than just being on a diet, or you'll gain all the weight back afterwards!.
