Question: What type of excercise do you do to keep fit!?
I like to go for power walks with my Pugs but end up having to carry them most of the time!.!.!.which could also be considered weight lifting because they are a little on the chubby side!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I do a mixture of exercise so that I don't get bored!.
Climbing Stairs is good for working ALL the muscle groups in your legs (going up works some, going down works the others!.) I play Dance Dance Revolution, which can be a good cardio workout!. I swim, which has full body benefits!. I go for power walks/jogs which can be good for low-impact maintenance!. Pilate's and yoga are good for toning and flexibility!. Kegel exercises can help to tighten and firm the lower part of the stomach!. My best recommendation is a well-rounded routine such as stretching, then going for a swim (leisurely first, building up to vigorous) to get the heart started, then perhaps doing some sprints and then working your way back down through some jogging and power walking before finishing with more stretches!. Also, be sure to drink plenty of water to keep hydrated, my doctor told me that a lot of the cramps people get are caused by poor hydration!. He also does not recommend Gatorade or Powerade for anyone but very hardcore athletes because the electrolyte levels are way too high for the normal person!. You simply don't need that much!.
