Question: Q: freaking out about my weight gain!?
I'm really mad at myself because I used to weigh 145lbs and loose 25lbs and became 120lbs!. After a few weeks, I loose 5 pounds and now I weight back to 120lbs!.
The reason why I loose soo much weight because I was under deep depressions!. I was taking anti depressant pills and everytime, I take them !.!.!.!.it usually made me constanly use the bathroom!. I stopped with my anti depressants and I'm really mad at myself because my weight is going back!. I'm afraid to go back to 145lbs!. plus I weight 120lbs right now but I want to loose 5 more pounts and maybe 10 pounds!.
I'm 5'4, very very light skin color, short!.
What did it cause for my weight gain back!? I just can't stop eating constanly!. I tried to fight it and it doesn't work anymore!.
Please help!. I know running and yeah doing exercise but I'm freaking lazy!. Please be nice!.

You will always have fluctuations in your weight!. Don't stop taking your antidepressants w/o a Doctors okay!. Look at what you are eating or what's eating you (cause/mood of weight gain)!. Try setting times when you will eat and remind yourself not to eat until the set time!. example 9:00 BKF, 12:00 lunch, 3:00 light snack, 6:00 supper, 8:00 light snack- this way you won't fee deprived because you know you be eating in a few hours!. Now I don't mean large meals, keep them healthy and w/ reasonable portions!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Don't stop eating, but start eating better foods! I'm not sure what you eat, nor am I a dietitian; but just do exercise, and eat healthy!. If you're hungry for something sweet, grab a piece of fruit!. If you want something else, get something healthy!. Nuts, fruits, vegetables, and other things are good foods to curb your appetite!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
