Question: Weight Help!?!?!?!?!?!?
OK!.!.!. I'm 13, 5'6" and 125 pounds!. I'm almost all fat tho!. How can I lose fat and gain muscle!? (i'd like to mainly tone my arms and flatten my stomach) thanks everyoneWww@Answer-Health@Com

push ups are good for toning
sit up will work your abs
hold weights and it will be harder for your abs

I'm 11, 5'1" and 125 pounds!. I run a mile every day, and strength 5 times a week!. The only way 2 flatten that tummy and tone those arms is 2 do a balance of cardio (running, jumping rope, biking) and weight training!. Start walking, then jogging, and then running over time!. And eat healthy!!!
Drink lots of water, eat whole grains, eat fruits and veggies, lean protein like fish and chicken!. I haven't eaten anything fried for over a month!. You can do it!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just exercise more!. (i bet you hear that a lot) This is a really good tip on gaining muscle!. (I dont think that being 5'6, 13 years old, and 125 lbs is fat, i dont think its even near fat!. all you need to do is to exercise daily and eat healthy!. If you do this your body will be very healthy and you wont even have to worry about getting fat!. (drink lots of milk ~strong bones~)!. To tone your arms, weight lift, it doesnt matter if youre not that strong, just start on smaller weights and move up!. Do lots of crunches to tone your abs!. (push-ups too)!. If I was you I'd be happy with your weight! I'm 5' 5" and about the lowest my body will stay healthily is about 130!. Maybe just tone with sit ups and weights!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
