Question: Is running/ walking for 30 mintues a good workout!?!?

It can be a very good aerobic workout, Are you breathing hard for at least 20 minutes of the run/walk!? Then you are challenging your body and getting a good workout for your heart and circulatory system!. Add some resistance training and you have a great workout that can help you keep healthy into old age!.
50 properly done sit ups a day is plenty!. To really work the abs don't just do sit ups but add other ab exercises, there is plenty of good instruction on the net!.
You don't really need weights like barbells to do resistance work!. Look for "body weight" training video and instructions on the net!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Running is!. Walking!.!.!.not so much!. To get a thorough workout you must break a sweat!. Thirty minutes is not enough while walking!. Speed walking maybe!. Cardio all the way!!!! RUUUUUUNNNN!.!.!.!.it's good for you! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

as long as your getting your heart rate up for 30 mins at the minimum you will naturally raise your metabolism putting your body in a higher fat burning mode and in the long run you'll see an increase in energyWww@Answer-Health@Com

its a good starting point, but be consistent on when you run, and try to work to longer times as you work more!. Same goes with situpsWww@Answer-Health@Com
