Question: !!!Question about building a 6 pack regarding the exercise and rest!?!?!?
Im a 16 yr old lad, currently trying to build a 6 pack before collge (2 months time)!. Firstly, is this even possible!. Secondly, I have been working extremely hard working my abs every day for a week and half, untill I heard you should rest for a day for the muscles to regenerate!. Is this even true, and if so how should I go about exercising!?

I would be granteful for any bits of advice offered!

Well Jonny, most muscle groups do need a day's rest to build themselves!. The abdominal is the exception to the rule however!. If you want to do this, you are going to have to do it well into your 50's!. If you really want this, work them daily with a rest on Sunday and you will see results in about 6 weeks!.!.!.!.there are some concerns!.!.Your body type is one of them!.!.!.There are three different types of bodies!.!.Ectomorph, Mesomorph and Endomorph!.!.!.In lay terms they are respectfully thin framed, muscular and big boned!.!.If you fall in the first or last, it will be hard for you to do accomplish your task as quickly!.!.!.If you have a muscular frame, it will be a snap!.
