How to get the midline in my abdominals?!


Question: How to get the midline in my abdominals!?
I'm wondering how I can get the midline down the centre of my abdominals!? I am 16 years old, male, fit, I attend the gym twice a week!. I often work out on my abs, but I only have a visible 2-pak, sometimes a 4-pak after a workout, which soon goes, additionally I have no midline atall!. I weigh 79kg (around 12st) and I am 5'11!. It has more to do with what you eat, but exercise is a huge part of it!. First, you have to find out how many calories a day you need to MAINTAIN the weight you're at!. If you're trying to lose weight, you need to burn more calories than you take in!. If you're trying to gain weight, you would want to eat more protein after your workouts to replenish torn muscle fibers!. Remember, muscle weighs more than fat, so if you weight train and gain weight, it's probably muscle!. Also, SPOT TRAINING YOUR ABS DOESN'T WORK!. When you work out your abs, you are defining the muscle, but if it's buried under layers of fat, the muscle won't be seen until you rid yourself of the fat!. Cardio is the best way to burn the fat!. You don't want to over-do it, because after doing cardio for more than 45 minutes, you are doing more harm than good!. And last but definitely not least, muscle cells use fat as fuel at rest!. So if you have more muscle on your body, you will burn more fat at rest!. Try working out muscles close to your abs like your quads or hamstrings, glutes, etc!.
