Thigh and A** workouts?!


Question: Thigh and A** workouts!?
My stomach is pretty flat, But I want to get my A** and thighs in shape!.!.

Any good work outs that you know of!?

I do sits up and push ups - And I'm trying to get back into running!.!.

Do jumping lunges , squats and burpees for the thighs and butt , however remember that no matter how much you exercise a particular body area , the fat wont go away unless you get your body fat levels down by doing some sort of cardio exercise two to three times per week on an empty stomach, meaning that you havent eaten for at least 7 hours!. By doing this your body will burn your stored body fat for energy instead of using the recent meal you ate!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

squats , deadlifts , lunges !.!!!
end of it cheer leaders do these by dozen start doing three sets of eight each and work ur way up and do cardio u can do stairmaster or simply climb stairs up and down for cardio at least 1000 to 2000 steps depending on how much weight u wanna lose ,it really perks it up and tomes thigh musclesss!.

maybe just work onthe stair master, but for yoru @ss the bigger the better!. esp if you have a flat stomche and a big @ss!. instead of working it out maybe learn the dirty south clap!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
