I need any and all tips to gain about 20 pounds in 2-3 months!.

you cant gain 20 pounds of lean mass in 2-3 months without steroids
however using heavy weights and eating enough protein you could gain some!.!.!. and using creatine will certainly help
creatine encourages your muscles to hold onto water - making them appear fuller - and water is weight

And gaining 20 lbs in 2-3 months is not only impossible, but also very unhealthy!. And if you want to gain the weight, then definetly weight train!. Otherwise you'd become a big hunk of fat!. Just consume about 2,500 calories every day when eating, at least 20 grams of protein in every meal!. At that rate, you will gain 1lb every 6 days!. That's good and gradual!. Please weight train, otherwise you're just gonna get fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I assume your trying to bulk up for a sport!. If so, increase your caloric intake by about 500 high quality calories, think whole grains/low glycemic foods!. Add a bowl of oatmeal to your breakfast, eat an extra serving of whole grain pasta or rice, and add healthy fats like avocado (or guacamole), salmon and some Omega 3s (capsules)!. Not all calories are the same, if you just gorge on soda and chips you won't bulk up, you'll just get fat!.
And of course strength train, muscle weighs more than fat, so you'll weigh more but have an athletic physique!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
