Is there a way to stretch your lower abdomen before working out?!


Question: Is there a way to stretch your lower abdomen before working out!?
I lift weights and after that I do jump ropes!. Whenever I do the jump ropes, my lower abs hurt!. Is there a way to stretch this out!? Or is my pain because I don't have strong abs!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah sure, no pain no gain!. Just hyperextend you back and you will stetch you stomach muscles some (opposite way of touching your toes)!. It might be your groin muscles hurting some though as well, try some hip exercises as well to strengthen them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
