I am 13 and Is my weight OVER weight??? =[?!
Question: I am 13 and Is my weight OVER weight!?!?!? =[!?
Ok well I weigh 130-140 I am about 5'7-5'8 and I always constanly when I see my self as fat!.
I do chores manly 2 times a day (outside) and I take walks and Drink mostly water now if I am out I drink a soda!.
But I am thinking about eating salads when Im out more oftan!.
Diet food is to expensive for my famly right now!.
I don't know I just want to ease this worrie once and for all!.
I where 11 in women pants and shirts are medium!.

Eat less, work out more!.
I know it sounds typical butt its really simple!. For example do 25 situps and 10 pushups everyday twice a day, its not the quickest way but really soon you can tell its working!. That's what I did 8 weeks ago now I see a very big diffrenceWww@Answer-Health@Com

You are not fat at all! I'm 5'4 and weigh around 130 lbs!. I'm in my healthy weight range!. Just keep trying to eat as healthy as you can and get out and walk around the block some!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You are not fat!. Now stop worrying!. The most common diet problem is not enough fruits and vegetables so if you can make sure you eat 5 a day that will help you stay healthier!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
