I do the eliptical 4x a week for 30 minutes each time!. I walk 4 miles a day after the eliptical!. On the 3 alternating days, I do weight circuit training, and that includes weight training doing leg lifts, leg curls, hip abduction, hip adduction, horizontal leg press and calf raises!. My legs are tight!. It's not a matter of one over the other, but a combination of all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i use the elliptical!. not only does it better tone your legs but it's also easier to burn calories and it's gives less of a strain on your shins compared to the treadmill
