I'm guessing you exercise!. Hope you do some weight lifting!. That'll tone up a lot!. Squats, lunges, leg curls, leg extensions!. Biking is good, too!.
And do Abdomnial exercises - crunches, leg lifts!. And to get some real definition in your tummy, don't do excessive amount, just like 15 or twenty reps!. but when that gets easy, add weights!. Believe me, it helps!.
And I just read the previous posts!. Some of you are heartless!. Personally, I think you look great!. Absolutely no love handles!. But I know many people,myself included, that just don't see it that way!. Much too close-you see every flaw!. So, I sympathize!. But that said, best thing to do is get to a comfort zone where YOU are happy!. Don't listen to other's criticisms!.
Btw the way, some nutritional helps are to 1!. drink a lotta water!. Helps to flush your system & raise your metabolism!. 2!. Cut back on salt, if you aren;t already!. Salt retains water!. and congregates around the midrift!. 3!. Eat 5 or 6 small meals daily, 2-3 hours apart!. Your body burns calories while digesting & thus your metablolism stays higher, burns mores calories, & has less time to store calories as fat!.

looking good, i would not call does luv handles, if you grab two folds of fat from your waste then there luv handles not pinches of fat which i'm sure is all you can grab!. you could do sit ups if you want to tone up your abdomen, but really you don't need to you have a very sexy body, i will indulge once more and then leave it, if you don't mind!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
No it aint love handles lol!. Thats a sexi body!. If you wanna tone up more maybe running or working out your thgihs at the gym with light weights!. If your looking to loose those 'love-handles' then cardio workouts are the best for you!. I would still tap that!.

I dont think your overweight at all nor do these people BUT its all about how you feel in your body!. Heres some tips:
Aerobic exercise-30 to 60 minutes a day and you have to want to sidebends, sit-ups, squats!. The best exercise program for that, especially if you prefer low-impact, is winsor pilates!. I dropped 2 pants sizes in one month!. However, you have to keep in mind your diet too!. If you eat more than 2 fast food meals in a week, you are not going to drop the weight like you would if you ate more regular meals, fruits, and vegetables!. My usual daily diet consisted of eggs (in any form you choose) and coffee for breakfast, a turkey sandwich (fully loaded, with mayo and all) and tea or milk for lunch, and a regular 3-part dinner (pasta or rice with sauce, veggies, and meat) with milk or juice to drink!. Paying attention to your diet along with 20 minutes of exercise at least 3 days a week will help you drop those inches faster!. KEY #1: Don't believe your mirror! It Lies! Trust the fit of your favorite jeans!. You will FEEL the difference before your mind allows you to SEE the difference!. KEY #2: You have to believe you can and will!.
