Easy musculature?!
Question: Easy musculature!?
I'm 6 foot (ish) and weigh 154 pounds (11stone)!. I kno that its not a bad weight, but i dont hav enough muscle!.!.!. are there any easy ways to get rid of excess fat (like moobs) and put on muscle!? I don't eat that much, but do like meat (lotsa protein!)Www@Answer-Health@Com

unless this is a mere show-off on your part, and your are really concerned abt your muscles, I have to advise you not to do anything, but morning exercises and play soccer 1-2 times a week! While you are growing, nice muscles would form themselves; if you start lifting or other sports in intensive way this may harm your health, so that in 2-3 years more you are sure to become less attractive to girls, and vulnerable to infections!Www@Answer-Health@Com
