Question: I'm just wondering what is a good excercise to do @ the gym to focus on your neck muscles!?
I already know the one where I hold a free weight in each hand and shug to focus on my neck muscles!. I just want to know if there's something else I can do to work out my neck muscles until I'm built like Goldberg in the neck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

lay on your stomach on a bench with your head sticking out and have a friend push down on the back of your head and push neck upWww@Answer-Health@Com
You don't need a gym for that!.
Just get into your car, tie your hands behind your head, and run into a brick wall at about 25 mph!.
Repeat for at least 3 sets of 6!. Gradually increase speed as your neck gets stronger!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
