Question: Should i expect to get larger before i get smaller!?
I feel like i am more jiggily or fat than before i started working out!. my diet if anything has gotten much better so i dont think its a caloric intake issue!. is this normal!? i know the difference between fat and muscle, but it seems my lower stomach is becoming more jiggily!.!.!. i work out about 2 hours every day!! whats happening!?!!?!!?!?!!?!!?!!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

2 hours everyday working out isn't good for you!. Your muscle's need rest time to grow!. Nutrition plays a giant part in gaining muscle, Nutrition and rest!.
