well do plenty of cardio,(5 times a week) especially weight baring like running and jogging and then do crunches every other day!. Now make sure the crunches are progressed!. Meaning, add some weight on or do other types of crunches!. Do 3 sets of 15 reps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
