Working Out/Testosterone?!


Question: Working Out/Testosterone!?
My boyfriend works out every day & is really motivated to lose fat/build muscle!.

However, his friend at the gym told him that when testosterone levels are really low (when you get really drunk for example) it sets you back in your workout (you don't train as efficiently/the effects are much less)!.

He also says (or they have a 'theory'!.!. I'm not sure) that since sex (or anything that makes you come) lowers your testosterone it's also bad & therefore my boyfriend has imposed a sex ban (not too much of a big deal seeing as we've been living in different countries for the past 8 months)!.

Is this true & if so/if not does anyone have any website or any method of proof!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

um, that's utter rubbish, love!. Testosterone would actually increase after sex, not decrease!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
