Everything is quite expensive right now!. Is there a way that you can buy some things in bulk!? Often whole grains at some stores come in bulk!. You can stock up on things like rice and beans, which won't go bad for a long time!. Occasionally, you can buy canned or frozen fruits and veggies too (fresh is better, but you have to do what you can) Can you grow some of your own stuff!? A small vegetable garden takes a bit of work and initial investment, but it should save you a little in the long run (plus gardening burns calories!)!.

You'll also want to "trim the fat" on other parts of your lifestyle too!. If the food you want to buy is pricey, then where else in your life can you save money!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi, I agree, fresh fruit and veggies are ridiculously priced at the store!. Check out the "Eat Healthy" page on the website below!. You might get some good tips!. There's also a "Vegetarian Weight Loss" if you're trying to do that!. Remember than frozen veggies and fruit are usually just as high in vitamins and minerals but cheaper to buy!. You could maybe make things go further too!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
