Okay so I am on a diet because I want to lose some weight and gain muscle for football!. But sometimes I go to Subway to get a sandwich and I get turkey on wheat and nothing else!. Is this healthy for you or not really!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

no not really you should mix some salad with it eg capsican and olives and just get no salt salads are not very fatty so eat them up at SUBWAY "eat fresh"Www@Answer-Health@Com
turkey is good for health but i you are on a diet u shudnt eat any kind if meat!.!.!.!.!.!.no turkey no pork no chicken!.!.!.etc etc
