Question: I'm 4'9'' and 18, I want to lose 16lbs by August!?
I currently weigh 125!. The weight I look good at is 112!. I would like to weigh 108!.!.109, thats when i feel the best!. What can I do, to make my goal happen!? Foods, Snacks, Exercises, etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm about 4'11 and I got a little chunky my freshman year of college!. I weighed around 130, and I lost 20lbs by drinking 2 glasses of water before I ate and 12 a day total sometimes more!. I ran for 30 minutes, jogging 10 running hard for 10 and then jogging again!. I made sure I ate 5-9 fruits and veggies a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
The only things you need to remember about losing weight are as follows:
Avoid or cut back on your intake of carbohydrates!. This would also be known as sugar, starch and so on!.
Any activity that puts your body to work and gets your heart rate going is great for burning fat off of your body!. These activities include, but aren't limited to, jumping jacks, jogging, skipping rope, etc!. Also, if you like video games, I highly suggest DDR (Dance Dance Revolution)!. It's awesome! ofcourse, you have to know what you're doing!. it's simple, it's not easy!. if it were easy, there wouldn't be any fat people around, would there!?
don't over exercise, don't over diet, and don't over do anything!. be balanced!. i would start off my calories at 1500 cals if i was at your weight!. 30% protein, 40% carbs, 30% fat!. do some cardio and weight training!.

Eat well but only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times!. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!. Do not go on fast or starvation diet!.
Nothing other than water in between!.
No special diet, call it by any name or program helps as one cannot adopt them on permanent basis!. Diet pills are chemicals and per se bad and shud be avoided unless the doc considers it necessary looking at ur condition!.
Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably on empty stomach and twice a day!.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free!.
Be patient and not in a hurry!.
U cannot choose spots for reduction!.
