It will get your heart rate up and burn a few calories!. If you haven't exercised much in a while, it may develop 'some' muscles but not to any good extent!. Jumping jacks are a great way to warm up your whole body so that you can start doing something else!. I wouldn't recommend doing them for your daily work out though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

--running for 10-15 minutes
--jumping rope 100 times
--swimming 5 laps in a pool
--riding your bike for 15 minutes
jumping jacks are cardio and they will burn fat all over because that is what cardio does
