How do i get thinner???!


Question: How do i get thinner!?!?!?
I hate myself! im fat! I eat healthily most of the time but then I pig out on something else!. I'm also unstylish and look stupid a lot of the time, I think this is mainly because I don't do much exercise but I can't seem to find a good place to do any were i will have fun and be motivated!. I do love sports but it's really hard to find nice places here and I don't have any friends to do it with!.!.
someone please help, I can't stand it!!!!!!!! everyone else is soo pretty it's driving me insane!Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all learn to love yourself, never put yourself down!. Have a positive attitude!. Okay now on to losing weight!.
Have you tried purchasing any exercise DVDs!? I recommend Tae Bo personally!. I've had great results!. Maybe go for a bike ride!. If you exercise about 45-60minutes a day about 3-5 x a week you will see a difference!. Make sure to eat healthy and drink plenty of fluids!. If you are drinking juice or soda I would cut it out of your diet and just drink water or a no-calorie beverage because believe it or not it could be packing on extra pounds!. First of all DONT HATE YOURSELF! The more you love yourself the more other people will realize it and they will love you just the way you are! Its good to keep yourself in shape but its work too! You have to have the will power to do it!. SO JUST DO IT! I use to exercise while watching TV, that may help to not be so boring!. It doesnt take much into being a little stylish either just take your time on choosing what you think may help you look updated!. It doenst take alot of money either!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Slimfast---they have the amount of nutrients u need so u won't b so hungry

Take a walk--if u don't like to run then take a walk everyday

Pilates or yoga--get a friend to do it with u and i'm sure u'll have fun with itWww@Answer-Health@Com

who cares what they think but if you think your fat then try jogging (if you live near a beach or park you could jog there), weights, dieting!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

all my mates are aying the same!. that they are fat when really they are a healthy weight!
if you are honestly quite plump then all i can say is cut any aftty foods out of your diet, i!.e sweet, crisps!.
but normal foods like spag bowl n roasts you can eat!.
Just excersize
10 sit ups a day keep me in shape!. i only start about a fortinight ago and ive got my curvesback!
just do your sit ups in your room!. Or go to the local gym!. Swimming is a great relaxing excersize!.
as for unstylish!. if you feel unstylish your gunna end up looking like it!. So why not save any money you get and have a nice shopping spree with your family or mates to treat yourself and your new figure!.
and tbh hun, pretty people are usally hoes!. pretty people are mostly shallow!.
and your probably a nice person!. Everyone is pretty when they put a lil effort in!. it dosnt require make up!. just cool hairstyles and fashion!.
