How can I lower my fat content and stuff??!
Question: How can I lower my fat content and stuff!?!?
I am 12 years old, 5'4", and 180+ lbs!. I have a body fat percentage of 52!.4%, and my BMI is 30!.9 (both in which are obese readings)!. I'm not sure if it is true, but I'm not sure how to check either!. Someone tell me what I should do!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

The good news is, at 12, you can burn up a lot of calories!
1] minimum daily servings:
two of lean meat [ avoid sausage, bacon, cold cuts ]
three of whole grains - bread, cereal, rice, grains
two of low fat dairy
three of plain veggies [ no sauce, cream, etc ]
two of fruits
2] avoid fried, fast, and junk food - even diet junk food
3] drink 1/2 gallon of water a day
4] take a daily vitamin with minerals
5] aerobic exercise [ walk, run, dance, swim, vacuum, mow lawn with push mower, rake leaves, scrub floors on hands and knees ] for 30 minutes six days a week - work up to 45 min!.
6] light weight training[ builds muscle, which uses more calories, and tones body ], three days a week; alternating with
7] do at home exercises three days a week - 3 sets each of ten reps - pushups, pullups, situps, obliques, crunches
