well i ask a question about a exrcise plan
i said i would 3 hours a day 1 hour sisions 1hour uperstreght then lower then cardio for 1 hour eachand roati every day
and i had 2 people said to differnt thing in a way,
1:"if your gonna do it liek this do one hour cardi, and two hours of uperstrenght and switch beteewn lower every day,
then other dude said
2"dont workout 1-1/2 hours a day 3-4 times week or you overtrain and wont see resultas" or something like that

The second person is right!. You can severely overtrain if you do what the first guy said!. you should just work out really hard for an hour about 4 times a week!. Your body has to recover!. Plus, 3 hours a day is so much! Realistically, few people have that much time!. So an hour a day is very good believe me!. I would NEVER work out 3 horus a day!. It is just too much for anybody who is working hard enough during their normal workout!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
